1. Data controller
The controller of company account users' data is ADRIAN ANTAS 4MOBILE.EU, Piłsudskiego 95/33, contact: hello@repario.online.
For data of service businesses' clients (people who bring devices for repair), the controller is the service business, and the operator processes the data on its behalf as a processor.
2. Scope and purpose
We process data necessary to create and run the account (name, email, phone, company details), for billing and for security (IP address, audit log).
Data of service businesses' clients (contact details, devices, repair history) is processed solely to provide the service to that business.
3. Recipients
Data may be shared with service providers as needed to run the service: hosting (Seohost), email and payments (Paddle). Push notifications in the app are delivered by browser notification services (e.g. Google, Apple, Mozilla, Microsoft). Repair shops send text messages to their customers from their own phones — we do not use an external SMS gateway.
On the public website — only with your consent — data about visits is received by the providers of the analytics and advertising tools described in section 6.
4. Retention
Account data is kept while the service is used and, after cancellation, until the account is deleted. Billing data is kept for the period required by tax law.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Please send requests to hello@repario.online.
6. Cookies and analytics tools
Essential cookies and similar mechanisms (login session, form security, chosen language, a record of your cookie choice) work without consent, because the service would not work properly without them.
On the public website (home page, product pages, sign-up) — only with your consent given in the banner — the following may run: analytics tools: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) for visit statistics, and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) for click maps and session recordings with typed data masked; marketing tools: Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) for measuring ad performance and remarketing. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
The consent banner is provided by CookieZen, which records your choice and its history (consent log). You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
These tools do not run in the repair shop panel, on the repair tracking page or in the widget on shop websites — repair shop customers’ data is not passed to them.
Google, Microsoft and Meta may also process data outside the European Economic Area (including in the USA) under the European Commission’s EU-US Data Privacy Framework decision or standard contractual clauses.
