Do I have to enter the full IMEI?
No. The last digits (at least 4) are enough, and a full 15-digit number is validated with a checksum to catch typos.
How are phone lock codes stored?
The code is encrypted, only authorised staff can see it, every reveal is logged, and the code is deleted once the device is handed back.
Can customers check the repair status themselves?
Yes. On the status page they enter the order number and the code from their receipt, or tap the link in a message. They see progress, the amount due and can accept a quote.
